Members present: Anders, Getty, Krizek, Gronan.
Members absent: Murphy, Jordan, Collier.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronan that the Agenda, as amended to add request of
Leukemia Society Team in Training to hold boot block on September 19, 1998 at the
Hammond and Ridgeway Avenues intersection on September 19, 1998, be approved.
Ayes: Four. Absent: Jordan, Murphy, Collier. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the Council Agenda for Monday, September 21,
1998 were reviewed with Department Heads that have items on the agenda.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Gronan that the request of the Leukemia Society's Team
in Training for authorization to hold boot block at the intersection of Hammond and
Ridgeway Avenues intersection on September 19, 1998 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to
raise funds for leukemia research be approved. Ayes: Four. Absent: Murphy, Jordan,
Collier. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Gronan
that the meeting be adjourned at 8:49 a.m. Ayes: Four. Absent: Murphy, Jordan,
Collier. Motion carried.
