that the Agenda, as amended, for the Special Session on Tuesday, October 18, 1994,
at 4:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Ayes: Five. Absent: Collier, Mollenhoff.

that the copies of the Calls for Special Session on Tuesday, October 18, 1994, at
4:00 p.m., be received and placed on file. Ayes: Five. Absent: Collier,
Mollenhoff. Motion carried.

that proof of publication of notice of public hearing on the request of Midway
Development Corporation for a proposed lease agreement for development of property
generally located at 2790 Airport Boulevard, as published in the Waterloo Courier
on October 11, 1994, be received and placed on file. Ayes: Five. Absent:
Collier, Mollenhoff. Motion carried.
103729 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place of public hearing, the Mayor called for
written and oral objections and there were none.

that the hearing be closed and oral and written comments be received and placed on

103730 Jordan/Murphy
that "Resolution approving said lease agreement", be adopted and Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute same. Ayes: Five. Absent: Collier, Mollenhoff.
Resolution adopted and upon approval by Mayor assigned No. 1994-507.
