RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM MAGEE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
FOR THE F. Y. 2010 FLETCHER AVENUE FLOOD GATE
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 753, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Magee Construction Company of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Fletcher Avenue Flood Gate Repairs,
Contract No. 753, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City
Clerk as of the 14th day of December, 2009, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
