RESOLUTION NO. 2022-131
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 31, 2022 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 18, 2022, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2023 COMPLAINT MOWING WITH
COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, are
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Complaint Mowing
with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, be scheduled for March 31, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City
Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of April 2022, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Complaint Mowing with Complaint
Snow Removal Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
