RESOLUTION NO. 2022-134 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.00 WITH TOP NOTCH TILE AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated March 7, 2022, between Top Notch Tile and Construction, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a 4,800 square foot commercial building (phase I) with a minimum assessment value of $250,000.00 and a 7,200 square foot commercial building (phase II) with a minimum assessment value of $538,000.00, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2022.
