RESOLUTION NO. 2022-136
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $21,922.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PAVEMENT
MANAGEMENT PLAN FY 2022-2029, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 7, 2022, between HR Green, Inc.,
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $21,922.00, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Pavement Management Plan FY 2022-2029, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2022.
