RESOLUTION NO. 2022-139
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 232 RICKER STREET WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE SUM OF $23,000.00 FROM ABIGAIL LAND
HOLDINGS, LLC AND 11T IA LLC, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO SIGN THE PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Offer to Buy Real Estate and Acceptance Agreement dated March 7, 2022, between
Abigail Land Holdings, LLC and 11T IA LLC, and the City of Waterloo, in conjunction with the
purchase of property located at 232 Ricker Street Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as
follows:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT NO. NINE (9), IN BLOCK NO. ONE (1) IN
MANSON'S SECOND ADDITION IN WATERLOO, IOWA
in the amount of $23,000.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March 2022.
