RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VJ ENGINEERING AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 14, 2009,
at a cost not to exceed $6,000.00, to provide construction
related services for the F.Y. 2010 Fletcher Avenue Flood Gate
Repairs, Contract No. 753, by and between VJ Engineering of Cedar
Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
