RESOLUTION NO. 2022-146
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 51
MULBERRY STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $284.76, AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the assessments for the property located at 51 Mulberry Street, billed in error for water, sewer,
garbage, and storm water as follows:
Parcel No. 100035-513484
Delinquent Water - $131.80
Delinquent Sewer - $0.00
Delinquent Storm Water - $103.96
Delinquent Garbage - $49.00
Total - $284.76
are hereby cancelled, along with any penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
