RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement No. 02-09-USTEP-053 dated December 14, 2009,
for installation of advance warning signs on IA 21 approaches to
East Orange Road, at an estimated cost of $15,500.00, with 55
percent reimbursable by state U -STEP funds, and the city covering
45 percent of the costs, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
