RESOLUTION APPROVING CLOSEOUT OF ASSISTANCE
AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Closeout of Assistance Agreement dated December 14, 2009,
for Waterloo Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund used to
cleanup the Construction Machinery site, by and between the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
