NO, 5633 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI- NANCE NO, 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2,P" PLAN- NED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4,800 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AS PHASE 1 AND THREE FUTURE PHASES WHICH TOTAL 19,200 SQUARE FEET FOR FUTURE BUILDING EXPANSIONS AT PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF 2510 LEVERSEE ROAD, ON WARP DRIVE.
