RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2010 GOLF
TURF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., for the
Purchase of 2010 Golf Turf Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc., and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
