PUBLIC NOTICE OF
STORM WATER DISCHARGE
The City of Waterloo. Iowa, plans to
subnut a Notice of Intent to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources to be
covered under the NPDES General
Permit No. 2 - Storm Water Discharge
Associated with Industrial ActMty for
Construction Activities.
The storm water discharge will be from
the "11th Street Bridge Replacement:
BRM-CHBP-8155(770)--NB-OT at 11th
Street over the Cedar River located in the
Northwest Ouarter of Section 25, Town-
ship 89 North, Range 12 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian.
Storm water will be discharged from one
point source and will be discharged 10 the
following stream: Waterloo storm sewer
system to the Cedar River and directly to
the Cedar River.
Comments may be submitted to the
Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa
Department of Natural Resources. Envi-
ronmental Services Division, 502 East 9th
Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034. The
Public may review the Notice of Intent
from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday
through Friday, at the above address after
it has been received by the department.
