TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day
of March 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall In the City of Waterloo. Iowa. a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to authorize the
sale and conveyance of property located
on the easterly end of Warp Drive, to Top
Notch and Construction, LLC. in the
amount of $$1.00, and to approve a
Development Agreement and Minimum
Assessment Agreement in the amount of
$250,000.00. for the development of a
4,800 square foot building with additional
phases legally described as follows:
THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF OF LOT 3.
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK, 1ST
ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA_
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written abjection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
