SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 71h day
of March 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will be
held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, lows, to approve the request by
Top Notch Tile and Construction for a site
plan amendment to the "14.2,P" Planned
Industrial District to allow for the
construction of a 4,800 square foot
building as phase I and three future
phases, totaling 19,200 square feet for
future building expansions, boated north-
east of 2510 Leversee Road. on Warp
Dme. legally described as follows:
LOT 3. WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL
PARK 1ST ADDITION.
