TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on. the 4th day
of April 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to authorize the
sale and conveyance of City property
located north of 615 Glenwood Street, in
the amount of $5,000.00, to Bertha
Johnson, including a development agree-
ment for the rehabilitation of the home on
the property, legally described as follows:

TER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 89
NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST OF THE
FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IN BLACK HAWK
