RESOLUTION NO. 2022-161
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH FDP OC,
LLC, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF
THE PARK AVENUE BRIDGE, LOCATED AT 501
COMMERCIAL STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with FDP OC, LLC, in the amount of
$990.55, for ingress and egress purposes, in conjunction with the reconstruction of the Park
Avenue Bridge located at 501 Commercial Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
