RESOLUTION NO. 2022-164
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DESIGNATED FUND
AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY
FOUNDATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TRANSFORMING GATES AND BYRNES PARKS PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Designated Fund Agreement between the Waterloo Community Foundation and the City of
Waterloo, to establish a Designated Fund, to be known as the Transforming Gates and Byrnes
Parks Fund, for donations to provide support for the renovation of both the Gates and Byrnes
Parks, be hereby approved, and authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
