RESOLUTION NO. 2022-145
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2022 AND DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 18, 2022, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2022 WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
AND LIFT STATIONS MOWING CONTRACT, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2022 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract,
are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2022 Waste Water
Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract, be scheduled for April 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of April 2022, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2022 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift
Stations Mowing Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
