RESOLUTION NO. 2022-155
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTERY,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON JUNE 8, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DESIGN OF A MINI
ROUNDABOUT AT THE INTERSECTION OF W. 9TH
STREET AND SOUTH STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$6,856.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Design Services Agreement with Shive-Hattery, originally executed on
June 8, 2021, in conjunction with the design of a mini roundabout at the intersection of W. 9th
Street and South Street, in the amount of $6,856.00, be hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa..
