RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO A CONSTRUCTION -RELATED SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED OCTOBER 4, 2021, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $14,900.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PHASE I PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
AND INTERIM REPAIRS FOR THE ANAEROBIC LAGOON
REPAIR PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to a Construction -Related Services Agreement with
AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed October 4, 2021, in an amount not to exceed
$14,900.00, in conjunction with the Phase I Preliminary Engineering Report and Interim Repairs
for the Anaerobic Lagoon Repair Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
