RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES, INC., OF
MADISON, WISCONSIN, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON
NOVEMBER 21, 2019, TO AMEND THE COMPLETION DATE
FROM MARCH 3, 2022 TO JUNE 24, 2022, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2020 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BIOSOLIDS MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
994, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., of Madison,
Wisconsin, originally executed on November 21, 2019, to amend the completion date from
March 3, 2022 to June 24, 2022, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant
Biosolids Modifications Project, Contract No. 994, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2022.
