RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE AWARD
OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2010 ELGIN
PELICAN STREET SWEEPER AS DECEMBER 21, 2009,
AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21St day of December, 2009, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon awarding of bid for the
Purchase of One (1) 2010 Elgin Pelican Street Sweeper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
