RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2011 WATERLOO CONVENTION & VISITOR'S
BUREAU HOTEL/MOTEL TAX GRANT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated December 21, 2009, for Fiscal Year
2011 Waterloo Convention & Visitor's Bureau Hotel/Motel Tax Grant
in the amount of $9,472.00, to be used for advertising and
promotional efforts for the Waterloo Center For The Arts, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of December, 2009.
