RESOLUTION NO. 2022-170
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT -FIRST VIOLATION FOR PRIME MART 3, 1008
LAPORTE ROAD, WATERLOO, IOWA, TOBACCO VIOLATION,
AND ACCEPTING CIVIL PENALTY OF $300.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300.00, dated April 4, 2022, for the
sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense, between Prime Mart 3, 1008 LaPorte Road,
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
