RESOLUTION NO. 2022-172
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT -FIRST VIOLATION FOR CASEY'S GENERAL
STORE NO. 2879, 3260 UNIVERSITY AVE., WATERLOO, IOWA,
TOBACCO VIOLATION, AND CHECK FOR $300.00 FOR CIVIL
PENALTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300.00, dated April 4, 2022, for the
sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense, between Casey's General Store No. 2879, 3260
University Ave., Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
