RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT -FIRST VIOLATION -AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE FOR
HY-VEE GAS, 2221 LOGAN AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated April 4, 2022, for the first violation -
affirmative defense for sale of tobacco to a minor, between Hy-Vee Gas, 2221 Logan Avenue,
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
