RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT -1ST VIOLATION AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE FOR
HY-VEE FOOD STORE #2, 2181 LOGAN AVENUE, WATERLOO,
IOWA, 50702, TOBACCO VIOLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated April 4, 2022, for the first violation -
affirmative defense for sale of tobacco to a minor, between Hy-Vee Food Store #2, 2181 Logan
Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
