RESOLUTION NO. 2022-200
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH STAND ASSOCIATES INC., OF
MADISON WISCONSIN, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED APRIL
17, 2019, TO AMEND THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND
COMPLETION DATE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
BIOGAS UTILIZATION MODIFICATIONS PRELIMINARY
DESIGN PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., of Madison, Wisconsin,
originally executed on April 17, 2019, to amend the Scope of Services and completion date, in
conjunction with the Biogas Utilization Modifications Preliminary Design Project, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
