RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR R.J.
MCELROY TRUST GRANT, BLACK HAWK GAMING
COMMISSION GRANT AND BLACK HAWK COUNTY BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the applications dated December 21, 2009, for an R.J.
McElroy Trust grant in the amount of $25,000.00, a Black Hawk
Gaming Commission grant in the amount of $20,000.00, and a Black
Hawk County Board of Supervisors grant in the amount of
$5,000.00, to be used to provide the $50,000.00 additional match
required by Vision Iowa Board for a $135,000.00 RECAP grant for
Mark's Park/ Performance Structure Project, be and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of December, 2009.
