RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND PAVING
SERVING ANDERSON BUILDING, ET AL, AS
SUBMITTED BY VJ ENGINEERING, INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT
DNR FORM 29 WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and
paving serving Anderson Building, et al, as submitted by Vi
Engineering, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment
Agreement DNR Form 29 with the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources, be and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of December, 2009.
