COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
Black Hawk County LOO,IOWA,ON THE MATTER THE
PROPOSED REALLOCATION OFFCER-
TAIN UNSPENT PROCEEDS OF THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SER-
IES 2019A, OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA, AND THE PUBLIC HEAR-
ING THEREON
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the
Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,will
hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of
May 2022, at 5:30 P.M., in the Council
Chambers,City Hall,715 Mulberry Street,
Waterloo, City of- Legals Waterloo, Iowa, at which meeting the
Council proposes to take additional action
for the reallocation of not to exceed
$875,000.00 of unspent proceeds of the
General Obligation Bonds,Series 2019A
715 MULBERRY ST. of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,in order to
provide funds to pay costs associated
with the construction,reconstruction,and
WATERLOO IA 50703 repairing of any street or bridge improve-
ments,sidewalks,pedestrian overpasses
and underpasses, trails storm sewers,
sanitary sewers, water service lines,
street lighting,and traffic control devices,
ORDER NUMBER 211675 needed for of the foregition of oing purposes real ,
including for the Shaulis Road project.
Any person interested may appear at the
public hearing,either orally or in writing,
I, Michelle Graham, being duly sworn, on oath, do depose and say and be heard as to the reallocation of said
proceeds of the Series 2019A Bonds for
that I am Customer Services Representative of The Waterloo Cedar the above purposes.
This Notice is given by order of the
Falls Courier and I am authorized to make this affidavit, that The Council of Waterloo,Iowa,as provided by
Sections 364.6 and 384.25 of the Code of
Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier is a daily newspaper regularly published Iowa,2021,as amended.
