RESOLUTION NO. 2022-239 RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION OF THE CITY PLANNER APPROVING A PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN IN THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CONVENIENCE STORE/GAS STATION (KWIK STAR) OF APPROXIMATELY 10,000 SQUARE FEET WITH A 78- STALL PARKING LOT, LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the determination of the City Planner that the proposed change to the approved site plan in the "S-1" Shopping Center District for the construction of a convenience store/gas station (Kwik Star) of approximately 10,000 square feet with a 78-stall parking lot, located near the northeast corner of Kimball Avenue and East Ridgeway Avenue, as a Minor Site Plan Amendment.
