RESOLUTION NO. 2022-218
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE OF LOCATION TO
UPPER IOWA UNIVERSITY WATERLOO CAMPUS, 3563
UNIVERSITY AVE, FOR A COUNCIL MEETING TO BE
HELD AT 6:00 P.M. ON APRIL 26, 2022, AND DIRECT THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa has scheduled a joint Council
meeting with the City of Cedar Falls, to discuss changes to fireworks ordinances of the two
communities, for March 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Upper Iowa University Waterloo Campus,
3563 University Avenue,
WHEREAS, the City Council has invited the public to attend and participate in the joint
Council meeting and feel a larger meeting area is needed to facilitate said meeting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the joint Council meeting with the city of Cedar Falls, scheduled for
March 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., to discuss changes to fireworks ordinances of the two communities,
be moved to the Upper Iowa University Waterloo Campus, 3563 University Avenue, and instruct
the City Clerk to publish notice of change of location.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2022.
