RESOLUTION NO. 2022-219
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR A SIDEWALK REPAIR AT 1015 STEELY,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $338.83, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY
CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER
OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the sidewalk assessment for the property located at 1015 STEELY, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$338.83, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amount, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2022.
