RESOLUTION NO. 2022-222
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2022 AND 2023 RESIDENTIAL
LOTS/MISCELLANEOUS AREAS MOWING AND LOT
MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT..
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2022 and 2023 Residential
Lots/Miscellaneous Areas Mowing and Lot Maintenance Services Contract, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2022 and 2023 Residential
Lots/Miscellaneous Areas Mowing and Lot Maintenance Services Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 18, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2022
and 2023 Residential Lots/Miscellaneous Areas Mowing and Lot Maintenance Services Contract,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2022.
