RESOLUTION NO. 2022-224
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY2023 COMPLAINT MOWING WITH COMPLAINT SNOW
REMOVAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Attorney of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, and
WHEREAS, said City Attorney did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with FY 2023 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 18, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with FY 2023
Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, are hereby approved and said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April 2022.
