RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1237
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM RONALD WOOD FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1828 FRANKLIN STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed, dated December 21, 2009, from Ronald
Wood conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real
property generally located at 1828 Franklin Street, described as
follows:
Cowins Addition East 50 feet Lot 5 Block 5 except North
3 feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
known locally as 1828 Franklin Street, Waterloo, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 218t day of December, 2009, and
approved by the Mayor on the 23rd day of December, 2009.
