Iowa:
The North 150 feet of Lots 2 and 3 and the North 150 feet of Tract A, Brock Third Addition,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Subject to (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and right-of-way
easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other
applicable law.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as maybe stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context, ,
