addressed the city council regarding a
resolution for non-bargaining benefits,
pay and funding sources for compensa-
tion,and a study to be performed in FY
23 for addressing and setting those
benefits. The city council indicated they
were in support of reviewing non-
bargaining employee packages and mov-
ing forward with the process.
