RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1127
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF SECONDARY CONTRACT
TO RALLY APPRAISAL, L.L.C. OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT, IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF
$5,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Rally Appraisal, L.L.C. of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, in the maximum amount of $5,000.00, for Appraisal Services
for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition
Project, described in the Request for Proposal, contract, etc.
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Deputy City Clerk are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for Appraisal Services
for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition
Project, described in the Request for Proposal, contract, etc.,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by
this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
