RESOLUTION NO. 2022-198
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH BERTHA JOHNSON FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF THE HOME LOCATED AT 615
GLENWOOD STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 4, 2022, with Bertha Johnson, for the rehabilitation
of the home located at 615 Glenwood Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April 2022.
