RESOLUTION NO. 2022-126
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH HOSS BUILDERS, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN INFILL LOT ON SHERIDAN ROAD,
LOCATED NORTH OF 329 SHERIDAN ROAD, INCLUDING
$5,000 IN INCENTIVE PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION OF
NEW HOME, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 21, 2022, with Hoss Builders, LLC, for the
construction of 329 Sheridan Road, including $5,000 in incentive payment upon completion of
new home, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21'day of February 2022.
