Black Hawk County Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of May 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E.Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,to authorize
the for the sale and conveyance of City
property located at 3180 West Airline
Hwy. to RNK Investments, LLC, in the
amount of $1.00, legally described as
follows:

Waterloo, City of- Legals City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Phase Two: Lot 3 of West Port,City of
Waterloo,Black Hawk County,Iowa.

file written objection with the City Clerk,

set for said hearing.
