RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1130
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING TOWER PARK DRIVE
EXTENSION - TOWER PARK NO. 5 (LOT 1), AS
SUBMITTED BY VJ ENGINEERING OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT DNR FORM
29 WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans for Sanitary Sewer serving Tower Park
Drive Extension - Tower Park No. 5 (Lot 1), as submitted by VJ
Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement
DNR Form 29 with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, be and
the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
