RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1131
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH SYNDER AND ASSOCIATES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 16, 2009,
at a cost not to exceed $29,390.00, for additional Storm Water
Utility fee services, by and between Snyder and Associates of
Ankeny, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
