RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1132
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM VIETH
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 CEDAR VALLEY RIVER
TRAIL, CONTRACT NO. 734, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Vieth Construction Corporation of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Cedar Valley River Trail, Contract No. 734,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Deputy City Clerk as of the
16th day of November, 2009, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by North American
Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
