RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1133
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 16, 2009,
at a cost of $46,000.00, for the F.Y. 2010 Cedar Valley River
Trail, Contract No. 734, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
