RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1134
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
WITH DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the extension of agreement dated November 16, 2009, for
continued work on the Section 108 Loan and BEDI grant programs,
by and between Development Solutions, Inc. and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2009.
